Identical twins don't necessarily share the same sac, though no fraternal twins do. In fact,there are a number of twin complications that can occur when they share the same sac (being conjoined for example,) so you would actually prefer them to have divided early enough that they have different placentas and different sacs. You won't know for sure if they are identical or not until they are born unless you do other genetic testing. Google monoamniotic twins to learn more.

I had an internal (vaginal) ultrasound scan at 6 wks and 4 days and the doctor said fraternal twins. Its was easy to see them even then. Fraternal twins are not identical and the doctor can see two babies in two different sacs. A septum separates the 2 sacs. Identical twins are 2 babies in one sac and share the same chromosomes.

Wow....You look great! I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and I already have a belly, I though it was not possible this soon and being my first pregnancy. I'm expecting twins on Aug. 31, 2009 I also can't wait!!!

I thought there was something wrong with me, cause I am showing already too. I had to buy some maternity pants the other day. I am only 5'1" so I am scared that I am going to look even bigger because I am so short. You look really good though. Congrats!
