18 Weeks + 3 days - Twin Belly Picture

18 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins. Not sure of the sex yet but will be finding out in 4 days and my husband and I are very excited about it all. Hard pregnancy so far (Type 1 diabetic) but well worth all the anxiety and stress so far!

I am 18 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins and it is so hard.I feel already like theres no room left in me wondering how am I going to make through the rest of these months.ANY ADVICE?
