34 W 1D with Twins

I am 34 weeks with identical twin boys. I just got out of the hospital for preterm labor. I don't think I will make it much longer. The contractions are still coming and the dilation is still coming as well. The babies weighed 5lbs 9oz & 5lbs 4oz in my last sonogram 3 days ago.

im also 34 weeks but with boy/girl twins this is my 3rd pregnancy, i went in to prem labour at 30weeks.....i thought mine were bit there 5lb and 4lb 2oz which sounds tiny in comparison
