Almost 9 Weeks With Identical Twins!

This is my first pregnancy and, as many young girls always imagined, I would have twins! To our surprise after many dreams of twins, we confirmed that we indeed are having two! Both babies are alive and well! I can't wait to find out if they are boys or girls!!! I'm also glad to know I am showing early not just for eating too much! lol

Kristina,
My daughter found out she was having twins at about 5 weeks. The concern was that they were mono-mono. But at 13 weeks they were finally able to see the membrane that meant they were mono-di. I know your concerns, but hang in there. My research showed that sometimes it isn't detected until much later. Will keep good thoughts for you!

Congratulations!! I just found out today I too am having twins. They share the same placenta, my sonogram picture looks just like yours, but my doctor is wondering if they share the same sac? I go back in two weeks to see whether or not they do. Pray with me everyone that they have each their own sac as this will take me out of the high risk arena.

congrats on having twins. I believe I am about 6 weeks pregnant. I go to my first prenatal appt tomorrow. I keep thinking that I'm having twins for some reason and I keep dreaming about it too. I know that hunger is normal for pregnancy but is it normal to hardly ever be full??? 15 minutes after I eat a big meal I'm hungry again! Is this a symptom for having twins???

OMG, I just found out I was having twins today. Its crazy because I woke up this morning at 5 am for a bathroom run after a dream that I was having twins and told my husbbandbabe we're having twins and he looked at me like you're crazy. Then at the doctors office this evening they said heartbeat 1 and theres heartbeat 2!!! Identical twins too, but I'm only at about 7.5 weeks. Congrats!
