Belly Size With Twins And Gender Questions

I have two questions, My first question is...

Is it normal that my belly seems small to me? I'm 12 weeks exactly but my belly seems like the same size I was with my other children at 3 mos and they were all singletons???

My second question is...

When do you typically find out the babies genders with twins? I know we have more ultrasounds, so Im kinda anxious to know how much longer I have to wait...

having twins is no different then having a singleton...just more ultrasounds and being bigger..so between 16-20 weeks like any other pregnancy
