what do you think twins???

this ultrasound was at 4.5 weeks. the left is where the doctor pointed out yolk sac. but ignored the second sac on the right. it went by so fast. also my mother is a faternal twin her grandma had faternal twins and so on. so what are the chances? i am 23 yrs old with two existing children. THANKS! date was 2-1-10 next ultrasound is on 2-23-10 CANT WAIT :)

What did you find out? It looks too early to tell in this picture. They dodn't have to be fraternal if they are in different sacs though. They could be identical if the egg split early enough. Good luck with your pregnancy!

it does kind of look like another sac but you will defintaley know when you go again just be sure to tell them about this and to double check, im in the same boat right now and i will have my U/S next week ive always wanted twins I have many signs and this is my 4th pregnancy so im not sure if thats the reason im showing so much faster , but we will see Ill let you know, and let us know how yours turns out also

That is too early of an ultrasound to really tell. If they think it is a yolk sack it is probable that they are correct. If you think they made a mistake you will have to wait for your next ultrasound to know for sure. I hope everything goes well either way, good luck!
