Getting Back in Shape After C-section

I'm 21 years old and 32 weeks, 5 days with boy/girl twins. The girl is head down, but the boy keeps changing position on us. I've decided for the safety of the babies I'm going to just opt for a c-section, but I'm worried.

I have a daughter who was delivered vaginally and breastfed and it didn't seem to take me no time at all to drop the belly at least. I'm worried that since I won't be exerting as much physical effort with a c-section delivery and recovery is longer that I can't be active as soon as I was before. And, that I won't be able to get back to my normal size and I'm going to be stuck with belly flap forever (could not begin to afford tummy-tuck)...Any c-section twin mommies out there who can put my over active mind at ease?
