Is Cramping Common in Twin Pregnancies?

Hello all, I have been having some mild cramping and feel very uncomfortable--just hit the 12 week mark! We have had four ultrasounds so far (IVF) that have all looked great. Just wondering if this cramping during twin pregnancy is common?

Im 14 wks n i had cervical stitch n have mild cramping too even in vagina ....

I did IVF to and now almost 15 weeks pregnant with twins, congrats! I also had cramping in the beginning especially when I would get up from bed but everything was normal thank G-d. Now I rarely have any and just try to get up slowly from lying down.

I have cramping sometimes. I take it as a sign that I may be doing to much activity and I rest a while and the cramps go away. However, when I first became pregnant I had rather severe cramps and it turns out that everything was fine.
