Is This Identical Twins?

This is a picture of my ultrasound. The ultrasound tech said it looks like I could be having identical twins, but I'd have to wait until my 13th week ultrasound when everything is more clear to be sure.

I'm almost 12 weeks now. the ultrasound was at 7 weeks + 6 days, about 8 weeks. The way the cam was rolled over it's kind of hard to see the other "baby" or whatever it is. You can see the yolk sac, and the white blotch which is a baby, but then there is something else in the ultrasound.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? What is it? Please help us on this!
