Measuring Large - Is It Twins?

I was just wondering if you think this sounds like Twins or Multiples? When I was 4 weeks pregnant from conception date (not Date of Last Period) I measured uterus and it was 13-15 inches and I'm very big. Does this sound like Twins?

So is it normal to spot when carrying Twins? I have another 3 weeks till see doctor to do an ultrasound. Went last week for ultrasound but was way to early to see anything. He wanted to see me because of spotting. Said uterus looked good, but I thought I saw something on Ultrasound. Thanks for your input..

That's what my doctor told me at 4 weeks. And I started spotting at 6 weeks so they did an ultrasound and it is twins!
