Mo Mo Twin Girls

by A. McAllister

I found out at 8 weeks I was having twins, and a week later the doc told me there was no dividing line. I was admitted to the hospital at 24 weeks to monitor them until they were born. Thank god everything went on schedule. They were born at 30 weeks, a record at the hospital where they were born. Healthy and happy now. They are seven months old. To anyone who is in this situation... do not fear. God has a plan for everyone and this is sure one of the biggest miracles.

Wonderful to hear!
by: Cris D

I have been diagnosed with mo mo twins and am currently 13 wks. The maternal fetal docs stated they, too, would hospitalize me once the babies were viable. Having had my daughter, now almost 2, at 29 weeks due to HELLP syndrome, I have to trust this won't be as "bad" as that. Reading your story was just what I needed to see. This IS a miracle and, with what we have endured thus far, He will continue to guide us through.

Thank you for sharing and I wish you moms all the best!

I have been so nervous lately. I know that it is soooo high risk to have momo-momo twins. I just hope that my pregnancy goes as well as your's does! Your story is an inspiration :)

Thank you

I also needed to hear this!

keshia- I would imagine they put her in the hospital at 24w so they could monitor more closely, and take the babies if there was an issue. It's not until 24w that a baby is viable.

Thank you! I needed to read this at this very moment! Can you tell me why they admitted you at 24 weeks until your babies were born? I am having a VERY hard pregnancy and am 24 weeks tomorrow and have been contracting and on medication to treat the contractions since i was almost 22 weeks I honestly wish they would just keep me in the hospital i feel afraid to do anything and also people arent taking my situation seriously. Anyhow thank you so much for sharing Bless you and your babies
