One Or Two In This Ultrasound?

This ultrasound was taken at 5 weeks 1 day.The tech said it's only one, but my numbers are huge and my uterus is very large for that date.

It is indeed only one. had ultrasound at 13 weeks for some problems. Have placenta previa, but only one baby

Im not sure, actually looks like 3 or 4 the way it is. at my 5 week 6 day ultrasound i had two little peas.
