One Or Two?

This was done at 6 weeks. I go back in a few days to verify if it is 2. I can't tell, it looks like it. What do you think?

Hi im a mom of two.and you should be able to hear the heart beat at 6weeks.Dont let this get you down though.the baby just still might be developing though.

I had my 1 ultra sound last wk I found 2 sacs one big and the one behind the big one was less than half the sz. Anyhow I was about 6 wks no more than 61/2 wks. nothing was measured she wasnted me to come back nect wends to c if they can c fetuses or heartbeats. My ? is do women normally not hear the heartbeat or c anything at 6 wks or is this a bad pregnancy. Iv never had twins but Iv been successful 2 have all healthy kids and never lose a baby. IM so puzzled and going crazy lookin for info. Also the same day I had my ultrsnd last wk (vaginal) they tested my hcgs they came back as 19,463. any info would be gr8.
