There's 2 In There?

I have lived in Augusta, Georgia my whole life. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. They are both girls. So, February and March I had my menstural period. When April came my period didn't come. I immediately took a home pregnancy test and was shocked when it didn't take a minute before the positive sign came up.

I started having the worst vomiting in the world. I have been pregnant twice and never have I ever felt this bad with it. So, I went to the emergency room because after days of not holding anything down I became scared. The emergency staff immediately gave me an IV with fluids. Right before they were about to discharge me the doctors decided to do an ultrasound just to make sure the baby was in the right place. Not even a minute into it and the doctor's face was surprised. Then he looked at me and said no wonder you're so sick it's twins. The only response that came to my mind was huh, there's 2 in there?

Now this just happened a few days ago and I'm still waiting for my initial appointment. And according to the emergency room sonogram I'm about to hit my second trimester.

Well I can't wait to meet my two new additions and Wednesday I find out their sexes. I'm hoping for 2 boys so that I can have my sets. Thanks to those who responded

 Sick too with twins

Congrates i have a 5yrs old and a 3yrs old and i just had identical twin girls 6 months ago. i feel your pain for the first 3 months of pregancy i was sick as a dog vomiting i could only eat crackers and drink sprite are sierra mist i was all was at urgent care for the first 3 months i lost 10lb in those 3 months. When they gave me a ultrasound and he told me is was having twins all i could do was cry, but i got over it i have two new beautiful little girls it hard work but i wouldnt change it for the world.So i went from 2 kids to 4 just like you are going to do i just got to say my 5yrs old is big help.

First and formost CONGRATULATIONS,i hope your sickness settles down soon, and your pregnancy progresses well. i was 8 weeks gestation when i was first scanned and we descovered we were expecting twins, with my three previous pregnancies i did suffer sickness, but with my non identicle twin boys i never once got any sickness, perhaps your twins are girls too, my twins are now 4yrs old, good luck and the key is don't fret, sleep if you can when your twins sleep, but with other young children too, i cant imagine how difficult this may be, Good Luck and keep us posted,
