Twin Belly at 38 Weeks

In hospital, just before delivering my twin girls by c-section. The first twin weighed 8.4lbs, the second weighed 8.2lbs! I had a cervical circlage at 16 weeks to prevent miscarriage and had a fantastic, healthy pregnancy, the only problems being limb swelling and breathlessness in the last few weeks.
