How are you doing post-preggers?
by: Anonymous

Hi, how are you doing post-pregnancy?
Do you have a diastasis? You might want to try a belly binder (I use the Belly Bandit), it's supposed to help heal the diastasis somewhat after the pregnancy.

Another problem I've gotten from the diastasis, is that there is less pressure on my stomach from the abs being pushed aside, so it's harder to feel full after I've eaten, so I tend to eat more and not notice so much, except for the extra weight I've put on.

I spoke to another mother who got surgery to draw the abs back into position, and she said it helped alot with her weight control, as she could finally tell when she'd eaten enough, because her stomach didn't have limitless space to expand into.

Good luck!
