TWINS??? Advice and Help Needed!

Hi Everyone!
I am 13 weeks along and had this ultrasound taken at 9-10 weeks along. At first, we were excited to see only one baby, we saw a heart beat, but it seemed to be very far down the body.
After showing family and friends, every mother looked at the pictures and said its twins because of the two white spots on different sides of the ultrasound. We don't have another ultrasound appointment until January 20th, so any help would be appreciated. We are wondering if a second one isn't hiding behind the other one.
