Twins at 7 Weeks Ultrasound

I was on birth control as I already have three children with the oldest being 3, had back pain that I have only had while pregnant, took a test and BAM BFP, went in for an ultrasound to see how far along I was and the tech asked if twins run in the family lol.
I am so excited but scared at the same time LOL.
I was 7weeks 5 days pregnant.
