Twins? Need Opinions...

First ultrasound yesterday, doc said looks like 6 weeks but maybe the uterus pushing on sac or twins, thoughts? They did resemble circles as the wand was moved around.

I think it could be twins...may have to wait a couple of weeks and re-do the ultrasound to confirm.
