Twins or not? This Is My 4-5 Week Ultrasound

I see two circles or yolk sacs if you will in my ultrasound is that normal for a single pregnancy I thought it should just be one and what else could it possibly be if it is not.

I had a sonogram at 5 weeks and 5 days and when I got home I realized it looks like there is a second yolk sac, just very faint!
Was one of your yolk sacs more faint than another?
This is my 5th pregnancy and my father was a fraternal twin and my maternal grandmother also had twins so I know my chances are slightly higher, but I wont have another sono for atleast a month and I am 9 weeks today.

Thats how my ultrasound looked at 5 weeks 3 days and im def. having twins. im now 15 weeks and couldnt be happier! Good luck!
