What is the Other Circle?

I went into the hospital at 7 wks 6 days d/t a clot in my leg and they also did an u/s for the baby.
I really didnt pay attn to they other circle until EVERYONE said why is there 2 circles I have a 24 mo old and a 9 mo old and neither 1 of theirs looked lke this ... i dont see my OB till the 27th anyone have any ideas????
