Does This Look Like a Healthy Twin Pregnancy?

ges sac with yolk and ges sac with no yolk

I am 5 weeks and 3 days. I have been for two ultrasounds. The first one was because I was cramping. The second one was yesterday and my doctor said he was concerned about the shape of the ges sac with the yolk. The other sac is not showing a yolk. Has anyone had this happen? Can it be normal?
