How Soon Did You Know It Was Twins?

I've always wondered how soon a twin mom would know she was pregnant with twins. I know it's different for everyone but I can't help but ask.

I found out when i was six weeks. I went to the er for abdomen pains and dehydration. I was also experiencing extreme nausea and vomiting. A few hours later i found out I had an ovarian cyst and TWINS!!! It was the shock of my life. I would have never thought it was more than one in there.

I was six weeks. I was feeling for a heart beat when I felt one on one side and the other on the other side. This is my second pregnancy and it has been taking more out of me then my first. I love all three of my kids.

My first visit at 6 weeks I asked for an ultrasound, and there happened to be twins! I was so glad I had that ultrasound.

I found out when I was 6 weeks pregnant that it was twins. I had an internal ultrasound down and we saw the two babies and heart beats! So amazing!

i found out @ 8wks scan, as i was far bigger than what dates i had given my GP

I found out when I was 7 weeks along (thought I was 8) but it was just by chance they did an u/s (some other underlying issues) and we found out we were blessed with twins. Otherwise I think it would have been at 20 weeks if the u/s wasn't ordered.

I officially found out around 10 weeks that I was pregnant with twins. However, I had a very strong feeling before finding out I was having twins. I couldn't even tell you why, since this is my first pregnancy! I guess the excessive morning sickness kind of helped in guessing :P

With my first set, I found out at 8 wks. With my second, I knew as soon as I confirmed my pregnancy, I had only felt that way with my twins and this was my 4th pregnancy so... I got visual confirmation at 9wks when I went into my U/S and told my doc, show me the twins!

my mom knew i was having twins at 5 weeks and i officially found out at 9 weeks.
