Are They Identical?

Okay, I know everyone gets this one alllll the time! And I know that those of us with boy/girl twins (like me) get the most annoyed! The thing is, I get so tired of explaining it to people...anyone have a really good response to this one??

I had to stop into Walmart on the way home b/c the husband didnt want to drive the 90 minutes without a baby on board sign. This older couple asks if I was in line. I told them my husband is we just cant fit our twins in one cart in their seats. They're twins. Oh my daughter has girl twins. Then her husband ask are they identical or fraternal. I am like he's a boy Samuel and she's a girl Sarah. Then he asked this over and over. Ok,they were 3 days old. I was cranky... Two different sacs/two differnt genders/2 placentas. They're fraternal.

Love the comment about the penis! We have twin girls... I really love when they ask if one is a boy and one is a girl when they are dressed EXACTLY alike with pink coats and a pink hat.... will have to say, nope, they both have a vagina! Love it!!

I just say no they are not because no matter how much I try to explain they just don't seem to get it. But I agree it's very annoying.

When I tried to explain to my MIL that the twins would be identical, she asked if they would be boy/girl.

Nope, whatever they are, they will be the same...
