Born First

At my shower, I mentioned I was having a c-section due to the position of my twins. Someone asked, "Do you get to choose who is born first."

Yeah, they plan to reach over my daughter (baby a) and pull my son out (baby b) - ouch!

Wow! I'm glad I never got that question of "Do you get to choose which one is born?"

The conversation that got on my nerves while I was pregnant with my twin boys was...Stranger "Congrats! So when is the baby due?" Me "Thanks! These TWO are due in a few weeks." Stranger: "Wow! Twins, right?"

I am asked all the time if my 8yr and 7yr old daughters are twins. So close in height, weight and features that they could pass for F. twins.

Im having momo's identical girls (monoamniotic/monochorionic-same placenta & no dividing membrane) a few people have said to me ''dont be silly-you cant possibly tell if they are identical until you see them!'' oh my goodness!! derrrr....

I always get the odd questions too,
Like ohh are they twins, I just want to one day turn around and respond, no, they are just brothers! DUH

I always got, ohh you have your hands full!!
I finally started responding, yes I do, but I would rather them be full than empty.
That shuts them up pretty quick lol.
