it is ugly but almost humorous....the emergency c-section required a vertical incision right through my tatoo. Dr did not put it back just right and it will never be the same! LOL :) It will be a permanent reminder for years past the fade of the scar. Ladies...just FYI, if you have a tatoo in this region, and yours is a scheduled section, ask the dr to please put it back together as close as possible...I did not have that option.

That's awesome, actually. A fantastic reminder. :)

To those who asked: Vertical incisions often make it much easier and faster to get to the uterus in cases of emergent necessity. I'm sure that it makes it even easier to get to twins in an emergency with this type of incision.
Poster: My mom had a vertical incision with one of my brothers (emergency section). You're lucky that you had that nowadays. Your scar is thin and very well sewn. My mom's scar is thick and freaky looking.

i dont know....i hear it was because of the emergent nature of the surgery and also easier to get to my boy who was twin b...my girl came vaginal
