Did anyone's twins make numbers 4 & 5 for them? SCARED!

Ok so I found out not to long after delivering my daughter that I was having twins. I about passed out from shock lol. My husband and I already have 3 children together and wanted to try one last time for a boy since we had had 2 girls and 1 boy. Well much to my suprise I got a double whammy. I am nervous because this will make children 4 & 5 for us. I never imagined in my entire life that I would have 5 children. I only wanted 2 and then got pregnant on birth control with my daughter. Then going back on a different type of birth control I found I out I was pregnant again but with twins!!!

How did you handle it when you found out it was twins and was going to have 5 children? I'm sure it is normal to be freaking out but at the same time I am super excited. I am active and love to work out and never got big with my previous pregnancies. This time I am sure I will lol. Thank you ladies for all the help.

I am 40 with a 6,4 & 2 year old and just found out I. 6.5 weeks pregnant with feternal twins at 40. I am scared to death and don't know what to do.y marriage is ok and money is just ok. So scared and not sure if I should move forward with this.

We have 3. Ages 7, 5, 2. Went for number 4, and found out at 7 weeks 3 days that we were expecting twins!! Total shocker. I am now 19 weeks 3 days, we are having twin girls. We are really excited,but also nervous. I just want healthy babies, and want to be able to carry them to at least 36 weeks. I know the first few months after they are here will be crazy, but I have lots of family around us. So we hope to have many helping hands, especially with the older children. Best of luck to you all

i have three children already 2,5,6 and now two newborns... boy what a shock it was to find out we were having twins. i could only cry thinking what am i gone do with two more kids? but my twin girls are almost a month old and we're enjoying every minute

I just found out that I am having twins, I am only 8 weeks right now but having a stoke as these will be number 4 and 5 for me too. I have a 3 1/2 YO a 2 YO and a 11 month old so I will have 5 kids that are 4 and under lol.

We decided to go for one more as well. We have 3 girls (7, 5 and 20 months. We wanted a nice even 4 so everyone would have a buddy. Early on in the pregnancy I knew this time it was different. I never had any morning sickness with my first 3. This time I was so sick and so tired. My husband jokingly said it was just because I was getting old. I told everyone it was either a boy or there was more than one in there. I was 10 weeks along when I went in for my first appointment. I told the doctor what I had been telling everyone else. When she did the ultrasound I couldn't believe it! We were shocked. But I was also very excited. This was something new and different. And there are going to be 2 babies to cuddle and love! It has certainly kept me on my toes. Rather than acting like I the pregnancy is nothing new because I've been through it 3 times already I'm reading everything and making sure to take good care of myself. Even though it is on my mind constantly I still have moments of "There are going to be 5 kids!!"

 SUPRISE OF MY LIFE! BABIES 4&5!

I AM 22 YEARS OLD. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF THREE BOYS AGES 4,3,AND 8MTHS. I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT AN I THOUGHT..MAN..ANOTHER BBY SO SOON AFTER I JUS GAVE BIRTH..THEN I THOUGHT..I CULD HANDLE ONE MORE...IT WULD B HARD BUT DO-ABLE! SO I WAS HAPPY. THEN WENT TO THE DOC TO FIND OUT HOW FAR ALONG I WAS AND TO START MY PRENATAL CARE AN THEY DID AN ULTRASOUND AN THE DOC TOLD ME I WAS HAVING TWINS! I WAS AT MY APPOINTMENT ALONE WITH MY 3 KIDS...I JUST STARTED CRYING...PANIC..SHOCK! HOW AM I GOING TO DO THIS..TWO MORE INSTEAD OF ONE MORE...NO FATHER AROUND FOR THEM...NOT MUCH FAMILY SUPPORT...WAT AM I GOING TO DO?? 5 KIDS???? BY MYSELF?? I HADN'T TOLD MY FAMILY YET..I LIVE WITH MY PARENTS AN THEY HAVE HELPED ME WITH MY KIDS THUS FAR BUT MY MOM HAD A HEART ATTACK RECENTLY SO I DIDNT WANT TO TELL HER AN PUT ANY MORE STRESS ON HER..I HAD DECIDED ONE MORE I CULD KEEP IT A SECRET AND WORK IT OUT ON MY OWN..BUT IT WAS 2 MORE!!! I WAS DEVASTATED! I WENT HOME AN I ASKED HER IF THE DOC WAS STILL WORRIED ABOUT HER HEART..SHE SAID KIND OF BUT NOT REALLY...Y? SO, I JUS STARTED CRYING AGAIN AN I CAME OUT AN TOLD HER MY SITUATION AN SHE JUS HELD ME AND SAID SHE IS HERE FOR ME ..TO THE BEST OF HER ABILITY! SHE IS MY ONLY REAL SUPPORT! IF I DIDNT HAVE HER...I WULD B LOST! BUT..AFTER SHE AN I TALKED I GOT XCITED! SHE WAS XCITED BCUZ I ALREADY HAVE 3 BOYS AN NOW I'M PREGO WITH 2 MORE BABIES...SO CHANCES THAT I WULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE GIRL WERE GOOD!..LOL..AN I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I AM NDEED HAVING A BOY AND A GIRL! I found out at 8 weeks that we where having twins and didn't know what to think, we have 4 girls already and were trying for a boy crazy I know but dh really wanted that boy well I'm 17 week and found out 2 days ago its boy not sure faturnal or the same yet but don't God only gives us things we can handle. At least that's what I keep telling my self on those crazy days when I think there is no way I can do this.

We did want 1 more tops. I seem to be getting more scared the further along I get. We have a little guy that is only 9 months old right now. Not only am I overwhelmed at how I'm gonna do it, but we now need a bigger house and car....yikes. It should be very interesting!!

MY HUSBAND AND i WAS ALSO IN SHOCK DON'T FEEL ALONE.i AM HAPPY BUT VERY SCARED AND NERVOUS ALSO.MY OLDEST DAUGHTER WAS BORN WITH MAJOR MEDICAL PROBLEMS(THREE OPEN HEART SURGERIES)...i WENT FOR A NORMAL ULTRA SOUND ALSO EXCEPT MY HUSBAND HAD TO WORK AND I WAS REALLY IN SHOCK I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO MY HUSBAND LATER BY MY SELF!!!..MY GIRLS WERE REALLY EXCITED. WE WAS TRYING FOR ONE MORE HOPIG FOR JUST ONE BOY AND WELL LIKE YOU SAID DOUBLE WHAMMY!!...STILL NOT SURE YET THE SEX OF THESE 2 BUT HOPE TO FINDOUT SOON AND STILL THINKING TO HOW THE HECK AM I GONNA HOLD ONTO 2 BABIES AND STILL GET AROUND!!!LOL!...i AM ALSO DUE IN EARLY JULY BUT i AM HIGH RISK AND MY OB FIGURES I WILL GO IN JUNE!!..GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY,BUT BEING SCARED ISN'T A BAD TING ITS BEING A GOOD MOMMY!!!

I had no idea what was coming when I went in for my first ultrasound at 12 weeks. I thought that this was going to be a routine pregnancy and a routine ultrasound. When she notice that there were twins and finally decided to share with us her findings, I almost fell off the table. My husbands reaction couldn't have been better and watching my kids figure out that they were going from 3 to 5 was priceless, I however started crying. It was such an overwhelming moment that I never saw coming. I got a hold of myself towards the end of the ultrasound and started asking the necessary questions about health and heartbeat, but I stayed in shock for more than 24 hours. I didn't sleep that nights. I was up all night finding information on the computer and trying to find out how this happened and what comes next. I am 13w 5d pregnant and couldn't be more excited for June to get here. Now all I have to do is figure out how in the world i'm suposed to hold 2 baby's at once. :)
