First scan at 10 weeks the sonographer found 2 babies and identical to boot! No history of twins in the family so this was a shock plus partner had a vasectomy a few months back...

The other scans were done at 18 weeks.

The doctor didnt check for heart beat when i first sw her but the first scan which was a date scan, the sonographer informed me of my double bundle of joy :) I suppose the doctor may have been supicious because i had a high hcg in my urine....but it was the sonographer who tol me first.

My twins shared a sac it is called mono mono twins and their a 50% mortality rate because of cord entanglement, but mine are here and safe

Hi, Twins have their own sacs and yes, it is very rare to have twins in the same sacs...don't worry, the doctor will give you plenty of info and will probably induce you early. You'll get plenty of scans so you'll get to see your babies!

 Are they sharing one amniotic sac?

Great ultrasound pics!! I'm curious if they share one amniotic sac? These pics look like mine, and my babies share a sac. I'm at 10 weeks 6 days, and would love to hear they dont, because they tell me mine do, and it's pretty rare for them to be in the same sac.
