"Oh, Did You Adopt One?"

I was traveling through the mall with my youngest twins(10 months),Rheagan and Raleigh. Rheagan looks like me, very dark skinned and black hair. While Raleigh looks more like her father, pale, freckles and light brown hair...

While I'm paying for something a lady walks up to the stoller and peeks at them, I smile and she looks at me oddly and asks "Oh, did you adopt one?"

I must have stared a hole into the woman as I told her. "Yep, and Gregor Mendel's recessive chart is full of crap." Even then she didn't get it... so I just left.

My 6 year old twins are completely different, one is short, dark skin, and the other is blond, light pale skin, and twice his brothers height. People ask all the time if the blond looks like his dad,(I'm dark skinned)I say no he's blond like me we are still trying to figure out who the other one looks like.

hey yah I know what you mean but hav'ent had a stupid question like that juss yet my girl has dark hair, short and chubby,light skinned and our boy is pale skinned and blonde hair hes taller looks skinnier. They are now 6 mths, it is such a wonderful blessing to have twins. He looks a mth older than his sister. There names are Ezra & Malachi :D
