Feeling like a WHALE!

This will be baby 2 and 3 for me and my husband. We have a son who will be almost 2 when the twins arrive. We found out that we were having twins at our first doc. appt. at 6 weeks. I really started showing at about 10 weeks. Now I'm alomst 15 weeks and feeling HUGE. My face is always breaking out. I feel like im 14 again. Can't figure anything out to help my skin. I can never seem to eat more then just a handfull of food. and I still havent gained any weight though I am already showing. Twins are not common in our families, so we were very surprised. Feeling a little scared because I'm not really sure what to expect with twins.
