Mono-Mono Angel Babies

In 2007 I found out at 18 weeks that I was gonna have idetical twin girls. Then they told us we were having Mono-Mono Twins and went into all the detail... At 21 weeks my baby girls were born because their cords, as the doctors say, looked like they were braided together.... Mono-Mono was very hard to deal with, but now my little girls are watching down on me....

Kesha, I was pregnant with mono/mono twin girls in the summer of 2008. It was a traumatic pregnancy with a lot of complications. At 12 weeks my girls were given a 40% survival rate and I was hospitalized 4 times for severe nausea, dehydration and bowel impactment. In the end my husband and I chose to terminate the pregnancy because of the high risk to me and my girls.

Your twins certainly are angels and I'm sorry for your loss and for your sad journey. Mono/mono twin pregnancies can absolutely be daunting and frightening.
